Hi, I'm a fat loss log from Robert.
Over the course of this journal the goal is to track progress toward a 30-40 pound fat loss from 238 to 198-208. I'm expecting 198, but I'm ever the optimist. Starting out at 17000 cals a week. I train 3 days a week ATM. I will try to make a daily post of training related activity, macros, cals, and foods of some type. Log runs until the fat loss is accomplished.
Feel free to post ITT whatever you feel like posting. Except ABBA videos.

Macros are always in Calories, Carbs, Fats, Protein, Fiber
Had PT last night which went well, shin scraping/needling was pretty easy. Tonight did my stretching and neural flossing drill.
Added a second supplemental supinated grip vertical pull session a week to be completed whenever time allows. This was done tonight:
Rear delt fly with 10 plates for warm ups 1x20
Banded face pull 1x20
3, 2.5, 1 BW chins. 3 slow negatives.

Ah they pretty normal right now. 200-250g carb is the current range subject to the menu of the day.
Trying to keep protein over 195 (84kg lbm x 2.3g/kg)
Not worried about it too much as juicy as the fat stores are right now. Probably will bump protonz a bit as things drag on.
Need to blow through 20 pounds of flabs.
It's the diet before the diet time ITT, almost Viking cut but not quite. I still think Ill give the periodized diet a try this go round though. I do so well on low calories days with IF just not for long consecutively. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
