I can totally relate.
I had a huge breakfast, probably 1000 calories. Followed by ~6 cookies throughout the day and some bread. Luckily, I went into damage control mode and had a average sized dinner. I probably ate ~2500 calories on the day, which isn't so bad.310 --> 225

I probably gained 4 - 5 pounds over the last couple weeks so dont feel bad. Im back on target tomorrow.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
