    Difference between 10 and 15% body fat.

    Just wondering how much of a difference will it make, face wise?

    IF + Keto, trying to lose 5 to 10lbs in a mont and half; is it plausible?

    I dont know how much difference it will make as far as your face, it all depends, but 10lbs in a month and a half sound totally possible. 1.5lb per week sound should not be too bad. I have about 10 lbs to loose by the end of Jan.

    It's totally doable. If you keep a 500 calorie deficit for 46 days (1 and a half month~), you will end up losing 3kg. Best of luck!

    Usually it is between 10 and 7% that my cheekbones start to be more prominent
