Hello there,
Could anyone tell me the difference between maximuscle promax and promax extreme? Which would be ok for a 15 y/old?
I have been advised to take casein before I sleep - do maximuscle do a casein powder?
Is there any limits on what a 15 y/old can take? I understand I can only take whey products not weight gain ect - is this correct?
Thanks.

Promax
Promax Extreme is 72g of protein per serving plus these.
Glutamine Peptides 5g
Methoxyflavone 300mg
N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) 200mg
Taurine 100mg
Chrysin 100mg
Beta-ecdysterone(97%) 40mg
Chromium Chloride
Promax is 23g of protein per serving.
I recommend looking into the Reflex Nutrition, Boditronics or CNP line up instead.- NOTICE: Not all posts represent my own opinion. I enjoy playing devil's advocate.

Can you mix any protein powder with milk?
Which is the best website to get the 'reflex' powder from? Im just looking at the maximuscle because I can get it in a mini tub, just to start with.
Thanks.

At 15 whey and a multivitamin is all you should really need, and you don't even "need" them.
I don't really see any harm in taking a weight gainer - they're basically just protein with carbs (usually in the form of sugars) added. That said you should try to get your nutrients from whole food whenever possible.
And yes you can mix protein with milk, I take all my protein shakes that way.If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever.

I keep saying this on here but Maximuscle is way over priced and the products are not all that anyway. Its our (as in the UK's) version of Mucletech. I used to use Reflex and they are solid products.
I on the other had buy my protein and carbs powders from a bulk supplier. It works out miles cheaper and I also find the products a far better. The powders a unflavoured but it tastes fine. PM me if you want any more details! What is pain?
