I think 1700 cal too low for your height and weight. I bet if you increased your calories by 10-20% you would probably see better results that would be easier to maintain in the long run.
I just cut out the PB from my diet last week and that put me back down to around 1700 cal a day and I am starting to lose already for my cut.

Morning ya'll....nightshift down, gym/snow hike and then back to nightshift...
PS: Anyone else here annoyed by the Idlenomore campaign by the native....today they are blocking traffic to the Winnipeg Airport...causing people to be delayed from their flights or miss flights. Definitely not the best way to get a message across!~~Limitations are for those who have them~

I'm eating a tad under my RMR numbers, but eating too many carbs, like I said.
This would all be made a lot easier if I could be bothered counting, but I can't, really... So I can't complain about what's been happening.

Not saying the past is ever to be forgotten for aboriginal people....but in the world we live in now....can the Canadian tax system support the reserve system? The child welfare system (for all races), the welfare system (for all races?). Protest and get your message along...but blocking the only road to an international airport for the average Canadian won't get your message across clearly....anger seems to blur the message...and being late for flights etc causes anger.~~Limitations are for those who have them~

Just saying hello from Red Deer, cold as **** today.
New to this muscle thing. Same old story, athletic in highschool, finished then got fat. Now working my way back. Was 240lbs with a massive beer gut. Now 193lbs with more muscle then I have ever had. 2013 hopes to be the year of improving my chest and blasting the rest of the belly. Anyways happy holidays. GO FLAMES GO..... oh wait

Ok, fell of the damn wagon again. But its the fact that i keep getting back on that shows some dedication.. .right? Regardless its the start of a new year (11 hrs) which means its another chance to start again. Christmas is over, the pigging out is done and now its time to hit it hard.
Before drinking the protien shakes I was putting on alot of fat and what i felt was not enough muscle. I am looking at this test booster (Allmax Tribulus) to maybe help out a bit with the muscle gain. Anyone else here try it out. Reviews say its pretty good. Puts some people on edge.
So overall, pitter pater lets tear it up
