Better to press upward with ankles somewhat out during calf raises , or move up like a robot keeping ankles in and firm?
Hmm.

being dressed in that is nothing but trashy. I dont put women on a pedestal and oogle at them, but its no different from watching some fat dude try to get on a pole. The only reason why guys find that stuff attractive is because the pole is figurative to their manhood, so they get off on watching that stuff. Wouldnt hurt to put some clothes on since the whole point of that is to get stared at for having next to no clothes on.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I thought one of the main purposes of wearing skimpy clothing when that fit is to show off hard earned muscles? Not to mention, it's significantly more difficult to do something athletically in loose clothing than it is in minimal clothing that fits close to the body...kind of like swimmers and track athletes, it assists in optimal performance. I don't put women on a pedestal either (lol), but I'd much rather watch her than some fat guy jiggling around a pole....and that's coming from a straight female. Do not have a figurative pole to imagine her doing acrobatics on either, but still find it sexy how she's graceful and incredibly strong.
For all you know, she could be a great person...who cares how she dresses? I can find a lot more offensive things than a fit woman doing advanced calisthenics in bathing suit attire.Last edited by missladyj; 12-16-2012 at 02:52 PM.

Hope everyone had a good week this week despite the tragedy around us. Good news, I lost 4lbs that I gained from falling off the wagon in the previous week. My next video will be up tomorrow. Does anyone from the LF section want a shoutout?

The new gig I've been interviewing for isn't too far from Newtown, CT. I was actually looking at houses around that neighborhood -- it's incredibly, incredibly shocking to hear about what happened. Unbelievably sad.
I have a lot of friends and family in that part of the country, and was so glad to hear they and their kids were alright.
