Hey, how long are you wrist wraps dbone? I think you have some Inzers, or some other White/Green pair (can't remember). I have small ass wrists, and I think getting mediums will be too long but I guess too long > too short (troll.jpg; butsrsly)
Also, what makes the Inov8s > Adidas? Sorry for 42 questions, trying to size them up it's not often I make an order this size lol

I have 2 sets of straps (Lockout and I think EliteFTS). I believe they are both 20in. TBH though, I have small wrists and would have preferred them to be shorter.
Well, when I got the adidas I was looking at both squats and DLs. The adidas has a little more of a sole to it, which at least for DLs is not what I want. Also, they are very rigid, not terribly comfortable. The Inov-8s on the other hand I have no issues wearing throughout the day, not just at the gym. Doesn't make the Adidas bad, just a better/lighter/more natural fit for me with the inov-8
If anyone wants a used pair of Adidas (size 12) I will gladly send them out for free...Kenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

Really glad you got the attitude back! We are linked somehow lol. I had a bad Macenko session, you came down with the injury the day after. Problems with my left elbow and shoulder, your injury is on the left side. We both lost motivation. I got some back with a good squat session and workout on Friday, and of course you had yours today. Kinda creepy actually
Squats looked really strong brah. Easily could have done more weight. Depth looked good on the later reps.
The video quality was stellar. I watched in HD on the S3. You may need to find another location for the phone though. Seemed to shift every time you squatted down.

Yeah, i think that CP comment is a favorite of a few
Lol, it is crazy. Your elbow/shoulder was first, then my left side. You got your edge back, same here. According to the pattern you are next, pls don't go breaking your d$ck or anything I saw you killing it in your log with your last workout, so no excuses for me!
Definitely felt good today, amazing how much the mental aspect contributes.
No reason why I can't kill it tomorrow, even if it is bro workout day. As long as it doesn't bug my chest I should be good. I think what I have is a ruptured tendon along my chest. Based on some of the typical sides (swelling, bruising, etc...) which I never really had though, it hopefully just points towards a mild case. Rest and Ice, but gonna probably take me another 2-4 weeks. Do I dare just lift my right chest until then???Kenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

Notes:
- Bros will be bros Solid workout, starting to get back into a groove. Figure if I can't work my chest, might as well try to build freaky arms lol. As well I need to push my tris/bis a little harder right now to make up for any secondary work they would normally get from chest/back
- Have some pretty good DOMS in my legs after yesterday's workout. I can still walk around, just require a little extra giddyup when getting off the can
- Have the week off, so hopefully I should be able to do only a minimal amount of work from home, rest up, and spend time with the family
- Tomorrow is back/shoulders ht, so still a bit of a touch and go type workout, but hoping I can continue with the drive I have had the last two workouts.

Actually started Humanabol a few days ago. Probably gonna double dose for a month, see if the Humanafort helps at all with recovery. Don't know if I will run XFO this log (just depends on how I heal). Otherwise XFO will be used next with my 2 bottles Pump Spray, App Nut Drive, , and other goodies

Workout: PHAT Day 4: Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy Day
Hypertrophy pulling movement: Yates Barbell Rows (4x Mass Method)
4 sets @ 135lbs 10 | 10 | 10 | 25
Hypertrophy pulling movement: Underhand Grip Cable Pulldowns
4 sets of 10-15 reps @ 120lbs
Hypertrophy pulling movement: Seated Cable Rows

4 sets of 12-15 reps @ 115lbs each side
Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Cybex Lateral Raises
7 sets of 12 reps @ 50lbs
Notes:
- Not a bad workout. Decided to skip any sort of shoulder press. Woke up with my pec a little sore, I think when I was getting my son out of his car seat it irritated it.
- Felt good, still have that alpha feeling carrying over. I do lose a little because I can't do some of my power back movements that I have grown to love. All in do time.
- No reason why I still can't continue towards a bulk, as long as I am just careful with some of the movements I should still be able to hit most of my muscle groups hard.
- Still some leftover DOMS from Sunday's leg workout. Hopefully it works itself out since tomorrow is lower body HT
- Off to our Christmas dinner for work shortly, so I expect to eat well at the Steakhouse!!!
