Hai guise. Past week has been crap. Been traveling, super busy, and haven't worked out in a week.
Worse yet, diet was also out of whack, mostly because spent entire days in boardrooms eating catered food and assorted crap, working 15+ hours a day (and drinking with clients and coworkers afterwards).
Can't wait to get started again. It's amazing -- even though it's only been a week, it feels like forever.

Hell no. Civilian pay = at least 3x more than military pay for the same job occupation.
When I was stationed overseas, there was this guy who was getting paid $120k to be over there for a year. We did the same exact job and worked together. I was an E3 at the time, and forget what my pay was but it was probably only $1,200/month at the time. That's definitely 3x more but I'm just giving you an average.
From my perspective, I joined to get to travel the world, straighten out my life and get some college money. I told myself I was doing 4 years, getting out, going to college and then go back into government but as a civilian.
If you don't think you're going anywhere in life or you don't have the motivation to be a self entrepreneur, military is probably for you.
I'm almost 90% done with my goal.www.grazethesky.com

i wonder why....
you spent your entire life as a fat ass, and the time you havent been, you have been in a decent deficit. I was the same way, pingas was DEAD at the end of my cut. When it became bulking time, everything is good.
I just had 6 double cheeseburgers from burger king, and some snickers breyers ice cream, cutters HATE me.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Decided to have a cheat / carb up day (been eating around 80% paleo)...all those pizza pics gave me cravings so went out to the store at 8am to get some stuff to make my own. Brushed extra virgin olive oil over entire crust...topped it with prego natural pizza sauce, mozzarella, provolone, sharp & mild cheddar, salami, and pepperoni. Sprinkled some parmesan after it was done. Looking back, wish I had some fresh cracked black pepper to sprinkle on top too. Tasted awesome...tried sriracha on pizza for the first time, chit was good as hell! Going to chill on the frozen pizzas and make only homemade from now on.

I put sriracha on pineapple and bacon pizza.
The sweets and spicy flavor blew my mind.

I have a problem.
When I cut a pizza into slices, I have this OCD crap that makes me want to use all of the hot sauces I have so I don't miss a flavor. I'll make 2 slices regular, 2 slices tapatio, 2 slices sriracha.
Same with ice cream. If I have a pint of vanilla I'll eat half plain and half with cinnamon. It drives me crazy.
I'm batshyt insane.
