The real problem with these large scale Project X like house parties is that in every crowd there is 5% people who are total idiots + half people are drunk as **** and dont know what they are doing. If you wanna throw a 300 people party you must have like a minimum of 5 of shredded guys for secrurity . Anybody that would **** the house, the security would **** him up. If others see what happens when you break other people stuff they wouldn not dare to break stuff again. If you dont have security **** is destined to happen. And the mother of this 14-year old girl is a full retard to even let her have a party.

pretty much this. I've thrown a lot of huge/crazy parties throughout college, but all mine were controlled.

The rule I follow is "only friends of your friend" can go. On top of that, i make it clear to everybody that if they **** something up, I and my enforcers will **** them up.

We also comb the party for people that shouldn't be there. If they can't say explicitly who they came with, we forcefully throw them out.
