An FID (flat/incline/decline) can go in the decline position and a 0 to 90 can't go into the decline position.

The 0 to 90 bench is faster and the FID bench goes in reverse.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

The FID has the ability to use the search function. If you're looking for a bench that doesn't make you look lazy, go with the FID.

This...and a lot of FID's don't go all the way up to an actual 90.
