as far as frequency is concerned for me, 1x/day. just eat your veggies/fruits; you'll be fine.

gym session was good today. got a long way to go to regain all my original strength but at least i felt good in there. shot some hoops after.

Good to hear, pretty good workout here too, finally got past 300 lbs(gonna talk in lbs to avoid upsetting serp) on deads, 310 on 3x6reps today infact!

Got the wife to take some new back photos today, havent seen it properly for 5 weeks. Sweet sweet diffrence, almost looks like I lift
