Remidial stuff - very boring, 20 minutes of low intensity stuff
Tomoz I'm gonna gym for about 2 hours...ill start with some cleans...then deads, then pull-ups...6 sets each!
Then depending what else I feel like ill probly throw some rows in there and finish with a few bicep and tricep exercises!

1 hour rest and meal then did some proper weights

hey man, gotta really really stupid question, what do u mean by feel the pump?? i mean i know u mean it as in u feel the workout but describe it too me lol, i dont think i have ever felt the pump, but i probs have and not known, again i know a really really stupid question but i am reasonably new to lifting, only been doin it just over 12 months, and never really ever experiencced DOMS either

Masssivveee session...shoulders starting to fill out and push press is verging on some good weight..would love to get 100kg before Jan next year..
Swinging side raises are new and I swung it up but did a 4 second eccentric..which felt good and heavy..
