Before and After pics - Any change ?

    Hi,

I recently took some new pics before my knee surgery. I compared them to my old pics and saw some improvement but would like to know what you guys think. I'm looking for any suggestions on my weak points as well comments on where I may have improved between the pics. Sorry no pics of the wheels. Had acl reconstruction last week to repair a two year old injury.

    All comments welcome!

    Thanks
    Seth

hey, Good work man. You put on some quality mass for sure. Keep bulking for another few months i'd say. Chest looks like it could use some work too. Good luck.

    Bicepz,

Thanks for the postive comments and the constructive critisism. The bulking will have to wait for month or two since I'm totally layed up after my ACL reconstruction last week. The crazy thing is I have no problem gaining, I'm just scared that I won't be able to take it off, but if other people think thats the way to go, then thats were I'm going.

    Thanks
    Seth

Front Double Bi really shows off the progress you've made, good work. Still too new to weightlifting myself to really offer much constructive criticism, but it looks like you're on the right path!
