Have heard wonderful things about TSN products on other sites and from a couple guys at the gym just haven't had a chance to pick up yet. I'm finishing up a stim break and am finishing up the last of other supps too.
My stack currently is purple wraath, fish oil, ON protein, multiV. I just finished up beta cret about 5 weeks ago and will be finishing my other supps by the end of the week, and am extremely interested in incorporating some great supps into my full proof lifestyle.
I'm currently in a GVT workout program and for those who know 10 set of 10 on big heavy lifts is no joke!!
I'm also doing an IF & IIFYM style eating so I fast 16 he's a day but I still reach my macro goals. And drink a gallon to 2 a day.
Full time job and fullte husband and father so my day is go go go but I still manage to be true to myself my training and my nutrition! I'm a monster in the gym but I take every other aspect of it seriously day in and day out!
I love what you guys are doing here and it's a been a pleasure to have been given an opportunity to log/review and step up my game with your products!"HE who makes a BEAST of himself, gets rid of the PAIN of being a man.."

I concur....24 days to go and I am no longer a 20-something. Blech
I will be purchasing a joint supplement soon because my left hip is bugging me lately, plus my left shoulder has been bugging me for years.
Arthritis is a bitch.
Fortunately, the world is ending on my birthday.www.squidoo.com/keto-diet

I did happen to read your post about advice for turning 30 and that you were freaking out a bit. I went through the same thing and I'm not even 30 yet. There came a time when the scary feelings just started to dissipate. I've accepted it, after all age ain't nothing but a number and you're as young as you feel bro.

I am just now learning to make "Me" time this year....and I'm 43! (That's my gym time) Took the family a little while to adjust...me too!
How's everyone been?
The way this week is going (I know it's only Tuesday) It looks like I will be back at the gym starting Friday. The diet is still on track which I'm thankful for. It's amazing though how being out of the gym has affected my body!! My joints have been soooooo sore! I keep getting a kink in my bad knee and this is the 4th day I've had the most terrible pain in the left side of my neck down into my shoulder blade..You can hear it "pop" even, if I rub it. Not sure if I just slept on it wrong or just stress related? Anywho....I blame it all on not being in the gym! I decided to take a week or so off to regroup and such....My body not like so much!!*****://instagram.com/1Reddress

Yeah, so busy with work and Emt school my me time is gym time luckily my wife goes with me just about everyday, we try to have a night every other weekend just the two of us, but then we both miss our son (wife or working 2 jobs) so he sometimes tags along and it's a family night. We actually all got to sit down on the couch Sunday night and watch ice age, it was pretty nice. Probably one of the first times we have done that since we bought our home 6 months ago!

Family time is essential, no doubt.
It's as simple as gating the hallway and having the kids play down the hall so that mommy and daddy can have some quiet time on the couch.(for us anyway) We live outside of the city too so we can let them play outside, and we have a huge backyard. The wifey and I don't get to go out, especially lately. Finances are nil and we're barely surviving up here. If we can get one of the grandparents to watch the hellions overnight then all we may do is rent a movie. Just make sure you don't lose touch of what you and your significant other have. That has been a big problem in my relationships and I'm only realizing it now. It takes a strong mind and conscious effort to make things work smoothly, more important-happily!ISSA CFT

Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian (Russian: Азиз Сергеевич Шавершян; 24 March 1989 – 5 August 2011[4]), better known by his Internet handle Zyzz,[3] was a Moscow-born Australian bodybuilder, internet celebrity,[9][10] personal trainer, model and a part-time stripper who established a cult following[5][11][12] after posting multiple videos of himself on YouTube, starting in 2007. In late July 2011 he came to more general media attention when The Sydney Morning Herald published an article about the arrest of his older brother, Said Shavershian, for illegal possession of anabolic steroids.[8] On 5 August 2011, whilst on holiday in Bangkok, Thailand, Aziz Shavershian suffered a heart attack and died at the age of 22www.squidoo.com/keto-diet
