A little about me:
Current Stats: 31 Years old @ 5' 4" & 262 lbs.
I have been on a caloric deficit since the 12th of November. My starting weight was 271 lbs.
I have been eating 1500 calories a day (3 meals, @ 500 cal each), up until 2 days ago when I asked if that was too low and almost got killed in the nutrition forum LOL!
Basically if I start of that low I will not have room to go lower if or when I hit the plateau.
So, new plan is as follows:
2000 calories per day. 200g Protein, 80 to 100g Carb - 50g Fat
Gym 4 days a week.
Day 1 Cardio & Weights (Upper Body) - Day 2 Cardio & Lower Body - Day 3 Cardio Only - Day 4 Cardio, Back and Legs
So, Day one of working out is officially Monday. I will be posting meals until then though.
Stay Tuned.

50g of fat is STILL too low. 2,000 calories is STILL too low.
If you try to take the easy way out you are going to fail. I've gone through your post history and you have the habit of asking everyone what their intake was and how fast the loss was. Guess what? If you want to do this in a safe manner preserving muscle and proper hormone levels, you're not going to do it overnight, or even over the course of a few months.
As I said in the other thread, you got this way because of YEARS of poor choices. It's going to take a long route filled with good choices to counteract that. There's nothing quick or easy about this journey. I would have hoped you had learned something from your past failures. Do it the right way this time.
