I've been a long-time member of the board and got my start here. Haven't visited much over the past few years, but feeling charitable since it's Thanksgiving.

Started here on the Teen board 8 yrs ago at about 160 pounds and fat. Now 225 lean. Willing to help any newbs who are like I once was. My specialty is putting on muscle fast. Forget asking about abs, especially if you're a beginner and have little to no muscle yet.

Unfortunately, I stopped coming to the boards before your countryman Zyzz apparently took things to a whole 'nother level. I missed that whole phenomena but the fact that a BB.com poster achieved internet icon status is fascinating to me.

so t-baby, what would be a recommonded dieting tool, e.g Intermittent fasting, IIFYM, carb cycling.. what kind of diets do u suggest for a teen?
