    No rest days?

I want a good split that has minimal rest days(preferably none) but avoids overtraining.

I have alot of time on my hands and find that I eat cleaner when i hit the gym that day

I'm also cutting so i would rather up my intensity/output in the gym rather then add in too much cardio.

    At the moment I'm doing:

    Chest/tri's Legs OFF Back/Bi's SHoulders/traps OFF

Your going to need rest days bro.

If your hitting everyworkout with enough intensity to grow then your going to need dem der rest days....

It might feel great for the first few weeks but then you'll notice as the weights get heavier it becomes harder to find motivation to get in the gym.
    AND YOUR CUTTING.

just my opinion though.....Im right BUT you dont have to listen to me

James is correct, no matter what you do you HAVE to have sufficient rest! in order for muscles to grow your muscles need to be one, fed two, rested!!

Great saying I once heard too "spend 40 minutes of intensity in the gym, not hours of nonsense"

Why wouldn't you want rest days?...

If you insist though, the push/pull/legs is ok. Still, rest is important for success.
