So I've been focusing on big compound movements (bench, dips, bent rows, ohp, squat, deadlift, and weighted pull ups) in my workouts lately. I've been doing these exercises for about 2 and a half months, along with assistance work. Should I be switching them up? Or should I keep doing them because they're big compounds? If I continue doing them, will I plateau? I'm starting wendler 531 soon, so squats, deadlifts, bench, and ohp are definitely staying. But what about the others? Any advice? thanks.
