Nutrtion numbers for home made rotisserie chicken

So i bought a rotisserie for chicken and stuff. How do i figure out the nutritional information for the chicken once its done. The package for the whole chicken says
    4oz edible portion= 210 cal 14g fat 0 carb 18g pro

Obviously because of the bones there is now way of getting the numbers I need before I cook it so I can figure out what I have after I cook it.

If you really need to figure it out.

Weigh Chicken before cooking, then cook it, strip all the meat off the bones, weigh the bones and subtract that from the precooked weight. Pretty sure bones don't lose weight when cooked like meat does.

Or Weigh Chicken after cooking, then cook it, strip all the meat off bones, weigh the bones and subtract that from the cooked weight.

Odds are nutritional information is based off uncooked weight, but it does say 4oz edible portion, and uncooked chicken is not edible...
