Are you using actual numbers or just eating until satiated. I am familiar with Skip's protocol but not the specifics of it.
Good luck and it sounds like your going to have as much fun in the next few days as I will post contest!Contest Prep Coach

Hey all! Thanks for the interest!!
There is no specific # but its not a one time thing, skip had me use a load like this every week for the whole prep, only witj a smaller time window. I dont count cals/carbs i just eat untill satiated but I like to estimate the amount afterward. I know in 10hours I was usually around 2k grams.
As far as the water goes, from testing the previous weeks i know i look my best 4days after the load both leaness and fullness wise
We will adjust water protocol saturday depending on how I look

Give it a shot sometime. Keep the fats down, don't eat to the point of making yourself sick. Just eat until full, digest and start again. I found that post contest this season I followed this protocol and woke up looking awesome. I just don't have the guts to eat all that stuff pre contest...maybe one day I will try it.
Plus it would take away from the post contest enjoyment just a little wouldn't it?Contest Prep Coach

I've been "unofficially" skiploading for a bit now myself. One question I have is how strict are you the rest of the week? Do you have to kind of suffer for the other 6 days of the week? And what about cardio? I know Skip limits his guys to around 30min/day. Do you follow this protocol as well.
Good luck with the show.

This is what it always comes down to for me. I often see the effects of a giant carb load after my contest and say "next time.....". But then I woose out. I binged like an idiot for two days following my pro card win and then left a two day buffer of control before I had a photo shoot done and I looked my best ever. All of the professional pics in my gallery were taken after eating like crazy and filling out. I didnt look that good on stage, unfortunately!
