Haven't played football throughout Highschool due to many reason and it's my passion. I love the game so next year I'm going to give it a shot at running back since there's not much competition since the seniors are leaving. Next year will be my last year and I don't want to end up regretting not playing later in life.

Heres an update on my last workout.
Monday: Woke up at 2 am went running. Then in the afternoon I did chest.
Bench press:150x7 ,150x6 150x5
Dumbell press: 45x10 45x10 45x10
a **** load of other workouts i can't recall.
