Morning everyone!
Had a good chest workout yesterday. Did 6 different exercises, and lots of sets. Also did 55 minutes of cardio. I'm really hoping to be down this week on the scales, but I won't be discouraged if I'm not.

No problem, there actually quite good. Their customer service has slowed down a little because the increased customer base and they yet to have expand (which is a pro and con, as they keep the prices down that way but you might have to wait a little bit longer than 24 but less than 48 hours to get a response from a open ticket)

This is turning out to be the BEST Saturday/day in general EVER.
First I rock my Toronto Firefighters test (absolutely destroyed it), second I find a butcher that sells pretty much everything cheaper than Costco (and chicken is a tiny bit more expensive that no frill's on sale [the cheapest chicken/not best quality]) and tilapia thats almost half the price of Costco. ANNNNND to make this place even better, they will cook and weigh and vacuum seal your portion sizes for you. So when you pick it up you have 7oz cooked tilapia thats frozen in a vacuum sealed plastic, so all you gotta do is reheat. My life has changed forever! lol
Whats next, I havent checked my Lotto Max tickets, maybe I hit that 50 mil!█♣█ █♣█ █♣█ █♣█ █♣█

to make broccoli taste any good? i love broccoli to be honest.
mustard is my favorite condiment, especially on green beans but i do like to mix franks hot sauce and mustard together (right in the jar) and use that or i also have franks, mustard and apple cider vinegar mixed in a container and will use that if i want a little tartness (add stevia if you dont like the tartness of vinegar).
mashed/cut up 1/4-1/2 avocado and mix it in with my rice and broccoliNo matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

Its not that I hate broccoli, I just dont enjoy it plain, and whats the point of eating if your not enjoying (Dusty Hanshaw at his finest). I used to use fat free Italian that stuff is the bomb but no go cause of keto. And walden farms italian isnt the best... Might try to make mashed broccoli, like they do to simulate mashed potatoes with cauliflower
