    which full body?

Hi, I'm looking at starting training for
strength and am looking at doing a full
    body 3x a week.

    My lifts are currently - s:405, b:240 d:350
    press:about 180
I know my DL is poor, but it's more my
squat is stronger than everything else.

Which full body would you recommend?
    Thanks for any replies.

Because the program you pick should be based on how fast you can progress rather than the exact number you are at. So if you can still progress every workout, then you should do something like Starting Strength. Plus you asked for a full body workout which is what Starting Strength is. Plus you can learn from my mistakes rather than making them. Plus, by looking at your numbers, you probably are squatting high. Which goes back to learning from my mistakes, take a video of your squat from teh side now to make sure you are hitting depth.

Thanks for the reply, I think I'll give starting strength a go, also I'm squatting to just past parallel due to training for a meet.

Do you know this because you have recorded your form as Arian suggested?

Or just because you are pretty sure by feel you are below parallel or someone said you were at depth?

I live in the UK, I will be competing in the Great Britain Powerlifting Federation South East Division age 24-39 in the 105kg weight class. However it won't be for at least a year or so to get my lifts up and get into the Powerlifting mindset and away from pure bodybuilding.

Pretty much feel and I have been told, but I will record myself as well.
