I've looked at quite a few threads where cq-10 was mentioned, but this didnt answer my questions:

    1. does it "work"? are there any noticable benefits?

    2. what's the daily dosage needed for it to be be effective?

    TIA

It all depends on what your using it for. If your using it to help lower blood pressure or lower cholesterol for example it has been shown to help in lowering it but in conjunction with exercise diet and usually with the aide of a physician as well. Most daily recommendations for adults is usually 30-200mg a day and soft gels are the best form as they absorb better. But depending on use and doctors orders it could be higher.

thanks, but 30-200mg is almost a 10 times difference, that's a big range.

can people comment on what dosage they're actually using and why?

Im mainly looking at cq-10 as a preventive measure for the heart, and potentially as something beneficial to other systems in the body.

    TIA
