So I spent the first part of the year cutting and my weights after increasing for a bit really stagnated. Just started bulking about a month ago and tried the two plates today for the first time. Did a warmup set of 185 and then 225 for 7 and then 5 unassisted. Another set of 185 for 10 to close it out. Just posting cause it made me happy to be raising the weights!!!
