i workout 3x a week mainly wed,friday,sunday. i deadlift and bench press for every workout, is that ok, or isit overtraining? My lifts are not that high yet, deadlifting lesser then 200.

Yes but it is not something you should always do.
You can do that type of training for a month and then switch it up because it will be very hard on the body.Start/Current/Goal (October 2013)
Weight: 128/135/180
Bench: 45/100/185 (5 reps)
Deadlift: 0/135/225 (These are my normal working sets with 8 reps)
Rows: 30/65/95 (sets of 8)
DB Shoulder Press: 20/35/60 (sets of 8)
