Skinny Fat ----> Ripped Possible?

I know it's a stupid annoying question that you guys probably hate.

But I'm really interested.

Is it physically possible for an individual to do a transformation like the one I drew? First pic is me.



I mean if I seriously train. I realize something like this would take at least 2-3 years to come close with nutrition and workouts being very critical.


So is this even possible? Can anyone who sets their mind to it have a body like that if they do the right things?

claiming to be natty and actually being natty are very different things.

but yes you could get something close to this by being actually natty it will jsut take alot of time and dedication.

if you want that in 2-3 years you aint gonna be natty. i been working out for 2 years and my physique isn't that close.. i have another minimum 2+ years to achieve

with that being said. Just work hard in the gym and make sure your intensity is extremely high.

then go home and work hard at home, maintaining a schedule and a well balanced diet filled with the awesome nutrition that you need i.e protein.

Stay motivated and it will come. Not like him, but you will get there. You are who you are. noone will be like you and you will be like nobody else.
