so I've gotten to 177 lbs, including some gained fat. I made some good gains though, and am comfortable but ready to lose the extra fat. Just finished a month of DTP (which was more helpful than i thought it would be), and am transitioning back to compound stuff. Now i know to transition into the cut, but what should i expect as far as body composition if i eat at maintenance for a month on keto diet. I used keto at the end of my original cut from 205 to 150.
bf at around 15%
gains:
bench 135x5 -175x5
squat 155x5- 205x5
deadlift 185x5- 275x5
military press 85x5-115x5
bent over row 115x5-165x5

just during transition phase, eating at maintenance for a month. Guess i should have specified why i'm wondering how my body will react during this phase. Have a race during the month and was just wondering if the diet/lifting/running but at maintenance level will incur much if any fat loss. I know fat loss=deficit but just wondering.

I understand why one would transition into a bulk, hormone levels etc etc but into a cut? not even once. Take advantage of your high leptin levels and drop calories and make use of those first couple weeks before they drop to more normal levels

The only reasons to sit at maintenance is if you're maintaining/recomping, or you're interrupting a long cut for a leptin restoration.
