    yes im referring to those when saying basic lifts, and that would be a great idea mastering the power clean as well! an always safe guy to watch and learn olympic lifts from is Mark Ripptoe. He is notorious for his teaching skills! but again I highly reccomend finding a Trainer with a sports specialty to help teach the olympic lifts...just becuase you watch a video and do what you are seeing doesnt mean you are doing it correctly and or getting the most out of the lift! I know trainers can be expensive but it will be well worth it when you dont have to pay to go to college!

    Hey I'm 22 I play D in lacrosse and I play ultimate frisbee.

    I need to become more explosive and increase my verticle. Sounds like I need to focus on the Olympics lifts. Especially squats n deadlifts yes?

    i am trying to get faster i wanna run a 4.7 by the time summer is over! i have kinetic bands that have helped me have more of a knee drive.what should i do to get faster plyo,ladders,sprints?

    speed/power

    Male/22/5'7/boxing/welterweight/amateur boxing

    My upper body is heavier and I've been trying to work on leg strength and torso speed to keep balance and posture after snapping jabs and straight punches but my lower body is not strong enough


    I do calisthenic weightlifting basketball and shadow boxin(home workouts) I'm 2-0 in my amateur boxing career .......any advice would help.thnx.

    I'm 19 trying to improve my 2.4km (1.49mile) run. What exercises do you recommend for me to improve my timing. (current timing - 9min 30sec)
