This is an awesome organisation designed to help spread depression awareness, and ultimately help those who are depressed, climb out of their depression.
The key goals of the organisation is to get the friends and family of people who are depressed to share their load and open up.
They have already had an event in Sydney, where they reached out to around ten thousand people.
Organisations which sponsor it are
Reach out
Black Dog institute
Beyond Blue
Sane Australia
Would be great if you guys could help share this with your friends, family, etc.
I will be repping people ITT, please like it and post screenies
Would also be cool if you could share it, but you don't have to.
If you guys want to talk about it, don't be afraid to post ITT or send me a PM. I'm listening brahs.175/130/200

Seasonal Depression brah checking in. Winter is coming up, but I am trying to force myself to beat this depression naturally. Will never take medicine for this, because I believe it can be beaten through support like those pages and this thread!

depression is a kunt of a thing. Never had to deal with it, but have had people in family and also friends who experienced it.
Had to show my friend how to be alpha and still slowly helping another get his confidence via the gym. I wish more people took the chit seriously, it really is an awful thing

You're right. Medicine isn't always the answer, for what will you do once you come off the medicine?
Don't be afraid to talk to your friends about your depression, what you are depressed about, or contact one of the organisations I have listed above.
Best wishes brah175/130/200

I love the sound of this. Plus check my sig for a detailed write up on depression, as in what it actually is, how to effectively deal with it, etc.
And if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask meA collection of over 500 motivational images in one single .rar, with other posters confirming it legitimacy and screenshots are provided:

Depression is a weird thing, I get worn out most days and fall asleep for 20 or so mins and wake up with an overwhelming feeling of impending doom and instantaneously thinking about ways to kill myself. The strange thing is those thoughts just disappear as soon as i get up.
I'm giving therapy a try but i refuse to take medication, i've had depression my whole life, to me it's just part of living.

I liked the page brahs. Reps?
Also beastami I'd suggest trying to meditate as soon as you wake up! It might help

Yeah I think losing job and my girl leaving me really brought it back in to full effect. Thank's for the offer bro but i've always felt mentally strong enough to get through stuff on my own. I feel sorry knowing it's common to not be able to do what I do.
I've definitely been considering meditation, my mind is constantly racing and i think it would help that too.

No need to rep...don't really know how to screen shot anyways....I suffer from depression (inherited I am sure)....I go through cycles were it gets real bad and happen to be at a peak....will spend some time on the page and hopefully it will help....i also refuse to take medicine for it....meditation and working out keeps it in check most times.
