My lowest calories at the very end were about 1800 at about 200 grams of protein, my protein intake never changed.
I was at about 2800 to start and about 1800 at the very end. And yes I absolutely had cheats! Once a week I had a cheat meal, not a cheat day, a cheat MEAL! thats very important. Some people think that when you've had a bad meal the whole day is ruined, thats not true! Have your cheat meal and get back on track immediately after!
