I'm gonna blow all expectations of what it means to gain strength and muscle.
Goal is to put on 5lbs of ROCK HARD muscle in the next month. My routine will be looking something like this, as long as I stay healthy:
Week 1 (9/17/12) - Powerlifting
Deadlift/Shrug x 2, Bench x 2, Squat x 2, Shoulder x 1?
Week 2 (9/24/12) - Powerlifting
Deadlift/Shrug x 2, Bench x 2, Squat x 2, Shoulder x 1?
Week 3 (10/1/12) - Hypertrophy/Cardio
Low Back/Traps/Shoulder x 1/2, Chest/Tri x 2/3, Legs x 1/2, Lats/Bis x 2/3 - Cardio: 7:30 pace, 3-6 miles x 2
Week 4 (10/8/12) - Hypertrophy/Cardio
Low Back/Traps/Shoulder x 1/2, Chest/Tri x 2/3, Legs x 1/2, Lats/Bis x 2/3 - Cardio: 7-8min pace, 3-6 miles x 2
Nutrition:
Caloric Intake: Week 1/2: 3000cals, 220+g protein Week 3/4: 2000cals, 175g protein
Emphasis on Paleo diet, eating foods unprocessed. With a fair share of junk mixed in for sanity. Lots of Steak, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Eggs, and Pork. A good amount of Milk and Greek Yogurt too as a protein source. Wheat Carbs mostly come from rice, tortillas, and a few breads. Plenty of Canola Oil with cooked food. 1-2 servings of veggies/day (I am still picky). 3-5 servings of fruit/day. Plenty of Water.
Supplements:
Protein Powder: Carnivor (Chocolate, Beef Protein Isolate), 30-60g/day
Creatine: Creatine Decanate 5g/day
P6: 2 Tabs/day, Twice/day, 4 total/day, morning and night
NO 3: 3-5 Tabs 60mins Pre-Workout
C4: As I see fit, will be in each post, as I am sensitive to stims
Lifting Numbers:
Deadlift 385x1 (9/17/12)
Bench 225x1 (9/18/12)
Squat 275x1 (9/19/12)
Goals for 10/15/12:
Deadlift 455x1
Bench 255x1
Squat 315x1

Day one BABY! Squat day.
Hit 275x1, Full Depth. Not great, but next time will be better. Failed at 295x1 twice.
I tried 4 Tabs of NO3, no C4, had some insane pump and vascularity when I did my rep sets. Killer physique today too, looking jacked diesel.
Had 3 scoops of Carnivore, 2x2 Tabs of P6.
Deadlift tomorrow (9/20/12), going for 405....4 PLATES BIZNATCHES!!!!

Went to the gym for deads and hit DL for 405! 4 FLIPPPPPPIN PLATES! OMFG!
A week ago, my 1RM was 365! hahahaha
Unfortunately, I didn't get a video of it. I went for 415 with a video, fail, then 405 again, twice, fail both. I was SHOT.
It has to be form, otherwise I don't know how I got that strength. I took 1/2 a scoop of C4 and 3 Tabs of NO3....and I was PUMPED for a workout, even wrote on my hands in class 'GET IT, and GO HARD!' lol motivation It worked though.
415 next time!
Funny how only 2 months ago, my max was ~345.
Probably a rest day or abs day tomorrow. I will be sore.Caz Smash

Hit Bench today, didn't feel awesome, my low back was pretty sore, but no whining, GET IN THERE!
I hit 225x2 on BB Bench, PR failed at 245x1, but I felt that I should be able to do more. I ended up having a partner, which made me hit like 10 extra sets than I wanted to hit, so I might have a little DOMS tomorrow.
Squat day tomorrow, or maybe a Lat Power day, we shall see.
I am going to stop trying for 1RM's. Next workouts will be 3 rep set days, except for deads. Going for 275x3 Squat, 415x1 Dead, 225x3 Bench.Last edited by TheCaz; 09-21-2012 at 02:17 PM.

Will be paying attention to this one for sure. I've ran p6 twice now in 2 years both 6-8 week cycles, and the 2nd time was even better then the 1st it's just an amazing supplement all around if used with the right planning. Good to see yours is on par keep the hard work up and stay healthy throughout!!

No, I meant Black Ops as in, Black Ops Supplements, supplements that are either undervalued or kind of seen as illegal (still OTC though) supplements. I use to game a lot back in the day though.

NAILED Squat today.
Had a video of 275x1, to a better depth, but I deleted it........I guess.
Hit 245x3 on that video, depths were varying. Was really pumped about that last rep, was SO low! PR.
Hit 520x3x2 on Leg Press, PR.
Hit 240x4x3 on Plate Loaded Military Press too, PR.
Edit- Tried 6 Tabs of NO3, no C4 today. I had a killer vascularity and pump, but not the mind blowing concentration and like motivation that you get from c4.Last edited by TheCaz; 09-22-2012 at 04:59 PM.

Hey, good job on the PRs Caz!
Just a word of advice, I noticed you buckle your left knee in quite a bit while coming back up, I would not recommend doing that, especially with such heavy weights, it might just snap yo **** up (hodge twins FTW! lol)
also, be careful with using your back too much as well. if you ask me, your stance is a bit wide, I would try to make it a bit smaller, but thats just words of advice, you can do whatever the F%*K YOU WANNA DO!! (Again, Hodge twins are my dudes, lol)
