Suggested intra workouts?

Been taking Size On for a while, but looking to see if there is anything that will give me further energy in the gym. SO worked great, but just looking to try something different.

The fact that it has beta alanine alone SHOULD sway you simply due to the fact that beta-a has been proven to increase work capacity and muscular endurance in the gym. Xtend contains citrulline malate, which is great but that is a better supplement for athletes who have to rely more on cardiovascular endurance.

I've used both intrabolic and wraath and got good results with both. I recently had a workout with Fahrenheit Endurance, though and that stuff kept me going on and on!

Beast aminolytes is pretty amazing. Great taste and always push me through my workouts. Give it a shot.

I agree Xtend is a great intra workout supp. I mix it with 1/2 scoup of Karbolic and drink it about half way through my workout. Where i would normally fail and not have the stamina to keep going, i push through and get the weight in.

Seems like there have already been a lot of great suggestions here. I honestly can't say anything bad about any of the products that have been recommended. The only two I might add to the list would be iForce Compete and Cellucor's new BCAA product.

I wouldnt say i disliked any of them from memory.

but my favourite by far in terms of results and blend would be GEN-TEC - P2P

Appreciate the support. One of the top intraworkout products on the market for several years now. The recent reformulation was an improvement on an already stellar product.

Agreed, with Citrulline malate, several forms of carnitine with whey protein hydrolysate, doesn't get much better IMO.
