What do you normally think when you see a guy in his late teens/early 20's who thinks he's tough because he can deadlift 315 with bad form and has visible abs?

Saw a young guy pulling 405 in the gym the other day, was maybe 20, 190 lbs and got it for 4 reps.
Threw the weight down like he just created Heaven and Earth and that better be good enough for us mortals. Thing is, I'm 45, weigh 20 lbs less and can also pick up 405.
Next time I'll ask him if I can see his abs OP, in order to better answer your question.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

There's a thin young guy at my office fitness center who uses terrible form. He violently swings and tosses around weights that are way too heavy for him to lift with proper form. I don't think badly of him, because he obviously just doesn't know any better. I worry that he's going to hurt himself. I try to be a good role model and do everything with strict form, but he's probably not paying attention to me. I try not to pay attention to him, but the fitness center is so small with mirrors everywhere I look, and he swings around so wildly that it's impossible not to take notice of him.

^^^^^^^^^ lol
OP
Do not let it bother / distract you. Bad form has a bad habit to catch up to you.
If you really feel you need to, then go to the youngster, tell him his form is bad. He can either accept your input or ignore it. I am sure if he decides to ignore it, and when he gets injured, he will be saying to himself, NOW WHY DID I NOT LISTEN TO THAT OLD MAN !!!

Doesn't bother me, what's funny is the last two times coming back from an injury that sidelined me over a year and the younger dudes trying to 'flex' on me. Things like going to 30lbs when I am doing 15lbs, or asking to 'cut in' on say lat pulldowns and I can only use 80lbs and they go to 140lbs or something.
Usually in about 4-8 weeks I am up to their lifts I am on my 5th week back in the gym from Labrum surgery and am getting back to more serious lifts, but have a long way to go. Benching is still limited but doing 80lb DBs, 100lb DBs for bent rows, squats are back up to 225lbs, curls with 40lb DBs...sort of happy with these being what I am doing 5-8 reps with after a 2 year layoff from any lifting and after only 13 workouts. Still many of them are half was I was at 5 years ago before the two back to back injuries.
