Amazing thing about Hamman is he's been crazy strong since he was a kid. What you're seeing there in his case is about 90% freak genetics with about 10% training for form, technique and refinement.
For those who are not familiar, he holds numerous records and is probably one of the strongest men in America. He's doing that RAW!!! No gear!I am APOLLOS

If u can dive bomb without injuries, then do it, if u cant then dont, point is if u guna try, try it little by little or goodnight sweet prince. U cant change your squat style in a day. And if u take the the 5 wilks rated raw squats im pretty sure ull see they all lift diffirently, i also believe that dive bomb with wraps vs without wraps makes a big diff

Totally agree with this. If you've been doing something for a while and it hasn't resulted in injuries, a sudden drastic change could bring on injury.
It's the old if it ain't broke don't fix it. That being said, I'm still a strong proponent of beginners starting out to learn and practice strict form.I am APOLLOS
