it's not bad at all, the accessory cover all bases, a beginner will grow with pretty much anything.
a bunch of top nattys recommend ss and texas method, chris lavado ogus most of 3dmj are big advocates of this style of training, in the long run cycling strength training a typical bb training is best.
look at the dudes from 70s big they hit mid 400s on squat just by doing SS
