    Listen why is this routine not good it stimulates all muscles you dont need to do alot of exercises to stimulate the muscle growth btw i call myself a beginner i lifted weights 4 months without diet and routine

    Listen why is this routine not good it stimulates all muscles you dont need to do alot of exercises to stimulate the muscle growth btw i call myself a beginner i lifted weights 4 months without diet and routine

    I think the way you have it set up is much better than the original but I'd still make some adjustments.

    don't make any adjustments, you can either listen to this retard that has obviously never touched a weight in his life, or listen to me (and ultimately mark rippetoe), someone that went from 135x5 to a 215x5 bench in 4 months on starting strength, though it was not babylovers version
