How do you guys control your emotions

I have periods of time like this, its so furking annoying. Seriously its getting in the way of my schoolwork and ****. This always happens whenever school starts in the fall I always get angry, sad, depressed. Some days my confidence is high other days its low. The school stress of ap and honors doesn't help much either. Anyone else ever feel similar?

#1 scientifically proven way to release stress and anger. Go to the gym. It has helped me a ton. Exercise releases happy hormones which make your day and mood better (not just a stupid statement it is an actual thing). Even if you cant get to the gym that day do a mini workout in your room or something. Pushups sittups whatever you can do.

Science in particular has been exceptionally helpful for me. Once you start to look at the universe and try and comprehend it's magnitude, it's kinda hard to take petty hormone fluctuations seriously.

Its stress bro, but make sure you have a steady sleep schedule. I just mellow out by listening to some Bob Marley, helps get my mind off ****. Of course you must have your own method to help you relax.

This is what happens when you set no goals and have no direction. Your emotions get all out of whack because you don't know what the f*ck you want.
Set a goal and strive for it. You'll become 10x more focused
