Hey guys, I weight about 208 I was weighing about 230 i been hitting gym for about 3 months now. I am 5'6 and i am not sure what my body fat is. I hit the gym 4-5/week i do about 30-40 min of cardio and light lifting. The only supplements i take are green tea extract, caffeine pills, and also multi vitamin. Also, my diet is pretty decent. i take about 1400-1600 calories a day. I smoke cigarettes also.
I want to start taking clenbuterol, I want people's opinions on this. I need a extra push, and also When i should take it, (i usually hit the gym at night) do i do cardio when i am on clenbuterol? I need the whole A to Z on this. How should i do the cycle? poeple have been telling me 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Why waste time on clenbuterol? You are morbidly obese, fat will will fly off with simple caloric restriction.
Don't Drink, Don't Smoke, Watdo you do?
