    Please rate my first ever cut (4 month cut) and let me know what I need to work on in the future. All critiques welcome!

    Supplements : fish oil, Orange Triad, ON whey
    Routine: Layne Nortons PHAT
    Diet: 2000 cals using IF

    Me @ 215, dat dreamer bulk. wearing 38 jeans

    Very obvious results, did a good job on that front.

    Surprised it took as long as 4 months to get to that point though? Or do you have pics/dates/timescales at the peak of your fat loss?

    In 4 months, anyone 20% or so could get quite shredded imo.

    As far as I know fast for 16 hours eat all your food in 8 hours then repeat
