My entire life I've been trying to get aesthetic and strong, and now that I have finally made it, it's not what I expected. People complimenting you at the gym and saying "that is some good a$$ weight" feels cool the first time someone says it to you, but when literally everyone who spots you says it every time you go to the gym, starts to get old fast, and makes you feel weird.

Same goes with aesthetics. It was cool at first, but feels very weird when girls start telling you how sexy or hot you look, makes you feel like a piece of meat. I am kind of an intellectual and I am starting to become concerned that people are judging me now as some piece of meat man toy or something, rather than judging me based on my accomplishments?

but, i wear weightlifting shoes when i workout. my workouts are 3 hours long. the soles of my feet often get sore from switching from flat casual street shoes to weightlifting shoes where the heel is raised about 1 inch.
