(1) DEADLIFTS:
135 powerclean x 2
225 power clean x 1
315 x 3
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1
545 x 1
NOTES: Yay for muscle memory. Slowly coming back. I made my feet a little wider this time and it felt better. I think when I hurt my back the first time it was because my feet were to close together putting my back in poor position (i.e. hips rising first)
(2) BB ROWS:
225 x 5
275 x 3
295 x 2
315 x 1
335 x 5
DEAD ROWS: 275 x 6
(3) PLATE LOADED SHRUG MACHINE*PWO ONLY
410 x 10
360 x 14
270 x 20
180 x 13
NOTES: I stopped doing barbell shrugs because the bar kept hitting my massive penor. Also, these were all drop sets.
(4) PULLDOWNS:
WG: 200 x 6
CHIN UP GRIP: 200 x 5
(5) STRICT STANDING PREACHER CURL: *PWO because I don't know how heavy the bar is
50 x 5
70 x 5
90 x 5
(6) FACE PULLS:
30 x 15
35 x 10

LOL @ penor getting in the way of shrugs. I've tried tucking it with some success, but the best was power shrugs, you can bypass the penor all together.
Nice DL stoof, I can never decide of foot position.Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153427731&page=1
