a 7 day ban is a warning as opposed to the usual mandatory 1 month ban. again, i dont create the rules or the ban lengths, thats all laid out by the man above.
And if my memory is correct, the OP in that thread was not asking about anything rule breaking. He had an issue which didn't even involve illegal substances, however it seems like he had hormonal problems, are we not allowed to discuss hormonal problems on tbb?
So if a kid has hypogonadism and my solution is to tell him to get a prescription of dihydrotestosterone (the legitimate therapy) will I get banned? It is the proper medical procedure to cure his ailment, not some illegal abuse of substances which you used as grounds to ban southpark.

Okay, I'm probably gonna get negged to phukk for this but.. Meh...
If I'm 100% honest folks.. I agree with Toilet Paper. He's a dick sometimes (inb4 modneg) for banning the tmisc/tbb brahs that we converse with frequently, but unfortunately that's the task set out before him.
Sure, we lose a couple of good posters coz they mess up and fail to adhere to rules, but that's that. There's no point getting butthurt about it. They are not the ONLY quality members of this site. It's a little sad to lose them, granted - because you get to know them (albeit over the internet), and when they suddenly disappear forever, yeah it's shyt. But if you really do miss them, rest assured they'll be on gsf or SOMETHING whereby you can contact them.
We lose a couple of men every now and then... But that doesn't mean that you will no longer have information coming through to newbies etc. Just because 10 people are banned over the past year, it doesn't mean that we lose all bbing knowledge forever.
I'm a little tired of the "I miss the good old days" shyt. The past always seems merrier than the present here on bb.com.. Why can't we all just stfu, stop complaining, and get on with life?
No nuthug... Just sick of the fukkin whining.60% of the time my posts are helpful, every time.

alright i think we're good here.
If anyone else has questions/concerns/suggestions my PM box is always open. Beyond this my expectation is the call out threads and negativity will cease.
Thanks for the intelligent/productive discussion everyone.

This is like a 5 year old plugging his ears and screaming LALALALALALALALALA I CANT HEAR YOU!!!
I'm sure a lot of other people have constructive criticism as well. Not everything that can be said has been said... This thread is not degrading in any way shape or form and hasn't turned into a flame war, so why is it being shut down?

Let me clarify for you then. He was trying to say that there are real people behind the computer. No new member to the forum deserves to be welcomed with disrespect and bad information, especially when they are trying to better themselves through physical training and fitness.
He was saying that this poster Jbball gives out bad information.
He was saying that if a new lifter, usually between the ages of 12-18 in this section of the forum is given bad information, it could be potentially hazardous because you are involving putting your body under hundreds of pounds of weight. Even fatal in some cases.

In all honesty, the strictness of the rules therein of any given establishment are bound to enter into some sort of conflict with men who stand for the spirit of the law as opposed to the law verbatim. To weigh the inherent value of enforcing non-quantifiable laws (or "rules" in the case of this website) against the potential sequential vacancy of quality, intelligent posters who have sufficient empirical evidence as foundation to their claims and training principles would reveal a demonstrable lack of judgment on the part of not only the owners of this website, but also of the moderators who adhere to and enforce the aforementioned rules.
Moreover, to disregard the impact of said experienced and knowledgeable posters who contribute the majority of useful information across the board (no pun intended) is not only logically unsound, but morally irresponsible. This is exemplified in the reasoning that as an exponentially increasing number of bright young men and women are subsequently banned from these forums for either knowingly or inadvertently disobeying the rules, the overall percentage of advice given will slowly but surely degrade in both quality and empirical foundation which will lead beginning weight training teenagers to accept answers which are based around the structural misunderstanding of how the human body is meant to perform and react to a consistent weight bearing activity. In laymen's terms, the injuries sustained from incorrectly performing exercises which place the lumbar region of the spinal cord in a precarious position will certainly not be optimal for gains.
That being said, I don't come on these boards to give advice.
I simply come here to troll other people to feel better about myself.
