Is this an invite only page crew? I can do ~35 chin ups and recently got into weighted chins, doing reps with 25kg.

Does anybody know of any good free standing pull up bars that can support a lot of weight? Or would a power rack be my best bet? I don't really trust the one I currently have bolted into my ceiling with added weight, it creaks and moves a little with no added weight.

New chin-up max of 121 lb @ 153 lb. Not tested this for quite a few months. My 10kg plates are bigger than anything because they were cheap, so I had to put a bag on as well for space.

If I flex my right elbow all the way (not necessarily by contracting biceps hard), I feel a really sharp pain in my joint and it feels as if I'm over-flexing. It hurts at the very bottom of a dip and sometimes at the very top of a chin-up.
Note: it's not my muscles that are hurting though, it's my joint or something inside there. Anyone know what it is or had that before?
It's very annoying. Last night I was fine. Then I woke up at 5am and realised I was in trouble.
Edit: just stayed at the bottom of the dip and warmed up, and the pain has gone? However when cold it'll probably be an issue again.
What are your max weighted pulls? IMO the stronger you are (relative to bodyweight) the greater your potential for more endurance if you train for it. E.g. 2 guys, same weight: one can pull 150 lb and the other can pull 100 lb. The guy who pulled 150 will be able to up their bodyweight max endurance a lot faster than the guy who pulled 100 lb, and have potential to do more. However being stronger doesn't automatically mean a high bodyweight max, just greater potential for one.

I think I figured out what it was. I remember I tried to do a bodyweight tricep extension by being in a horizontal position and trying to duck my head under the table and extend back out. It was a random thing and I recall collapsing into that flexed position a bit. :/
All the issues have gone already. Thankfully.
