Anyone have a pain when going heavy on bench ? It's a very minor pain, but I'm avoiding going heavy for a while. My notmal wweight is fine with no pain at all. What could this be ?

Mine hurts mostly when i bench in my shirt, not while i am doing it but after, more where the muscles conect to it. Mine feels like i need to stretch it or something.
