Half the people who go to games that mariners seem to lose every are ichiro fans.
Other half Felix fans.
Brb lose face or franchise for minor leaguers
Brb no more ninyendo sponsors
Brb Lose half of towns attendance
Brb mariners will never get better
Brb stack 999 potential superstars
Brb none of them develop

We're paying $2 million for the rest of the year, and the pitchers we let go are not any real prospects of note
This looks like the team granting his wish to go somewhere, letting him go somewhere he has a chance at a title at

Damn. I know he didn't really fit into the system going forward but it'll be weird seeing him in a different jersey. I'll hop on the Yanks bandwagon in the playoffs I guess. Would've preferred getting some hitters though, as pathetically enough I believe he had the best average on the team.

For all the idiots saying why would they trade him, he asked to be traded.
Mariners CEO Howard Lincoln said, "On behalf of our ownership group and everyone in the Seattle Mariners organization, I thank Ichiro for the great career he's had here in Seattle.
"Several weeks ago, Ichiro Suzuki, through his long time agent, Tony Attanasio, approached Chuck Armstrong and me to ask that the Mariners consider trading him. Ichiro knows that the club is building for the future, and he felt that what was best for the team was to be traded to another club and give our younger players an opportunity to develop."That's a clown question, bro
