    Will a multi vitamin help?

Will taking a multivitamin help my energy and health? I'm interested in trying Animal Pak or OP MULTI. I'm not trying to waste my money. I know people say they are junk and you pee them right out. I'm loaded with football, weightlifting, wrestling, etc. I need an extra boost of energy to keep me going through the day and to stay healthy. I eat well, but end up cheating my diet with snacks at times. Just looking for some advice on if a multi will have positive effects, especially with energy. Thanks!

Vitamins supplement the vitamins that you do not get in regular food. If you eat a balanced diet per day, you dont really need a multi. Multis are more geared towards health than energy. For energy, I would look towards pwo like White Flood or Jack3d

Its not going to give you an "energy boost" but it will help fill the holes in your diet. I would start taking one if i were you, orange triad is the best one out there it has joint support and immune system help along side being multi.

edit: if you don't have a fish oil, I would add that also to your diet. A good multi and fish oil will benefit you greatly
