- File police report
- Go to the hospital
- Go back for her homeowners insurance info
- File claim with her company
- Insurance company pays for your medical bills or any LEGITIMATE pain and suffering from this incident.
Srs, do that....like NOW. Her liabilty insurance covers incidents like these and as a dog owner, it's always in your best interest to have max liabilty coverage in cases like this.
No sign, opening to where he could get out, no hesitation and broke the skin......yeah, that's open and shut.
Listen to me....."ERMUHGAWD Crew"
"ERMUHGAW LOL...."
"Oh you, ERMUHGAWD!"

You need to get a tetanus shot if you have not had one in the last 10 years, the hospital will administer it and it is not painful at all. I just had one last week because of a dog bite. Clean the wound with soap and hot water for 5 minutes then put peroxide and make your way to the clinic for further evaluation and shots. They may need to quarantine the dog for 10 days to ensure it does not have rabies if it was not given a rabies vaccine.
And that is not a small wound, that is enough to give you many serious infections if you don't get the proper shots, get to the hospital now you moron, it really looks like it may need to be stitched. They will collect the owners info and will do the necessary steps to ensure the dog does not have any diseases that could be transmitted to you.

Honestly, I wouldn't file a report. Tell the lady she needs to cover your medical bills or you will be forced to report it to the police. The only reason I say this is because it's the dog that will be punished, not the owner. The dog was just doing it's thing, protecting it's property. They might put the thing down. Just threaten the hoe and she might fork out the money. IF she says she wont, do exactly what this poster said:
- File police report
- Go to the hospital
- Go back for her homeowners insurance info
- File claim with her company
- Insurance company pays for your medical bills or any LEGITIMATE pain and suffering from this incident.275 LBS in February of 2012.

Not in the front yard you dumbass.
He wasn't in their backyard or in their kitchen.
OP if you file a complaint with the police the dog will probably have to be put down. Not sure about your state but California is pretty rough about it. You need to decide if the dog was legitimately a danger and ask yourself if a 5 year old kid was running around could the dog have seriously hurt him?
I'm a dog owner and I understand that bad owners need to have their dogs taken from them.

I know that feel OP... mine and my Buddies German Shepherds got in a fight and I was the only one outside with them to break it up. I had one seperated and holding it while the other was still coming to attack. Well one slipped out of my grasp while I had just gotten the other held around the neck with my arm (bad idea lol). Mine, slipped its collar while I held the other with my arm around neck, and she went in for a bite but caught my forearm. Motherfuker put two puncture marks like you posted into my arm, but it was a clean bite and in the heat of the moment that I didnt feel it. Next thing I know my buddies lashes out and accidently snaps my hand and cuts up my fingers.
I just cleaned the fuk out of them real well every so often throughout the day and they healed up nicely. I should have sued myself. When you see it, you'll sh** bricks.

lol at you telling the dog to stop
He who lets the world, or his own portion of it, choose his plan of life for him, has no need of any other faculty than the ape-like one of imitation. He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision.
