How "Bad" is my workout routine?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
1X12 DB Bench Press
1X10 DB Flat Flys
1X8 DB Bench Press
1X10 DB Flys
Dips
4x6-10 (Weighted, adjusting weight to be totally dead at end)
Tricep Pressdowns
4X10-15 (Adjusted weight on every set to be totally dead at end)
Tricep Overhead Extensions
3X10-20 (Adjusted weight on every set to be totally dead at end)
DB Curls
3X8-10 (Adjusted weight on every set to be totally dead at end)
BB Curls
2X8-10 (Adjusted weight on every set to be totally dead at end)
1X 21's Low weight, total burn out
-ABS At end or beginning
-sometimes cardio after
AND
Tuesday, Thursday
2X10 BB Rows
2X10 Squats
usually cardio after

It's pretty bad. 10 sets M,W,F and 4 sets on T,R?
I'm going to go on a limb and ask it's not working very well for you and that's why you started this thread?

It's actually been working very well for me, and I love it so far, I really wanted a focus on my arms and chest...
Bust still do Squats and BB Rows for legs and back...
So was curious what everybody here thought.
