loose skin more then likely. Everyone always thinks its gyno, but the actual amount of males growing female breast tissue is very low

It doesn't look that bad, keep cutting and building muscle.
I have had bad gyno since I was 13 years old.
I know that gyno on a 30 inch chest looks very bad, compared to gyno on a 49 inch chest.
So, make sure you love heavy bench press and dips, 1-2 x per week.-80 kgs in 15 months.
-100 kgs goal (75kgs bodyweight)
Abs on a skinny guy is like a fatgirl with big tits, it doesn't count.
