    Kre Alkalyn for Football (Soccer)

    I need some advice thanks.

    I have important trials tomorrow. I have some kre alkayln capsules which I have not used for a while. Should I take one before the trials, would it be beneficial?

    just 1? not likely. creatine in any form is meant to be taken long term to allow the muscles to do more work over time. it wont hurt but won't help much for a sudden short term activity.
